The Davis County Community Care Coalition committee is a broad group of community partners including the hospital, health providers, public health, and human service organizations/agencies to promote the health and well being of Davis County residents. They are working towards a goal of building on process improvements, and education on the benefits of community-based strategies to support healthy behaviors for Davis County community members.
