DCHC combines advanced diagnostic technology with experienced laboratory professionals to provide high-quality testing and personalized attention. Our laboratory is CLIA-certified and operates under the direction of a board-certified pathologist.

Comprehensive Laboratory Services

Our laboratory offers a wide range of diagnostic testing, including:

Blood Testing: Chemistry, hematology, coagulation and blood gases

Urinalysis: Testing to help evaluate a variety of health conditions

Specialized Testing: Endocrinology, microbiology, serology and therapeutic drug monitoring

Pathology and Transfusion Services: Pathology services and blood bank support

Drug Screenings: DOT and non-DOT testing, including chain-of-custody screenings

Tests not performed in-house are referred to accredited specialty laboratories.
