Davis County Hospital & Clinics (DCHC) has officially introduced our new GE HealthCare SIGNA™ Artist Evo MRI—the most advanced MRI system in Southeast Iowa. This important upgrade represents a major step forward in patient comfort, clinical capability, and environmental responsibility.

Undergoing an MRI can be stressful for many patients, and comfort matters. That’s why our new MRI system features a wider 70 cm bore, making it easier to accommodate patients of all sizes. In addition, the feet‑first scanning option can significantly reduce feelings of claustrophobia, helping patients feel more relaxed and at ease during their exam.

These enhancements allow us to provide a more positive imaging experience, especially for patients who may have previously delayed or avoided an MRI due to discomfort or anxiety.
