Sleep Testing

If you're having trouble sleeping, it may be a temporary issue or a sign of a more serious underlying condition. Chronic sleep problems could indicate a sleep disorder, which can only be accurately diagnosed through a sleep study.

Common Sleep Disorders Include:

  • Obstructive Sleep Apnea

  • Narcolepsy

  • Restless Leg Syndrome

  • REM Sleep Behavior Disorder

  • Sleepwalking

In-Lab Sleep Study at DCHC

At Davis County Hospital & Clinics, we offer a comfortable and supportive environment for your sleep study. You’ll spend the night in one of our cozy sleep suites, each equipped with attached bathrooms and homelike amenities. Throughout the night, a skilled sleep technologist will use non-invasive monitors to track key metrics, including heart rate, respiratory function, muscle activity, oxygen levels, brain waves, sleep movements, and body position.

Signs You May Have a Sleep Disorder

Often, it’s not the person suffering from a sleep disorder who notices the symptoms, but their partner. If you or your partner recognize any of the following symptoms, a sleep study could help identify the cause.
