Our laboratory is staffed by a team of highly trained professionals, including skilled phlebotomists, lab assistants, and board-certified Medical Lab Technicians (MLTs) and Medical Lab Scientists (MLS/MTs). We are committed to delivering accurate, high-quality results in a timely manner while prioritizing the needs of both patients and healthcare providers.

Our laboratory is fully certified by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA), ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.

Laboratory Hours

• Inpatient & Emergency Services: Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

• Outpatient Testing: Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (for non-emergency patients).

• Chain of Custody Drug Screenings: Available by appointment, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Blood products for transfusion services are provided by LifeServe Blood Center, located in Johnston, Iowa.
