Pulmonary Rehabilitation

Davis County Hospital & Clinics provides an individualized 12-week program to assist patients diagnosed with chronic lung disease. With the assistance of a dynamic team of providers, respiratory therapists, a pharmacist, and a dietician, patients will be provided with the education, exercise, and support needed to enhance their quality of life.
