Davis County Hospital & Clinics Skilled Care services, formerly known as Swing Bed services, provide a potential option for qualifying patients who have had a recent hospital stay but require additional care due to their physical limitations, or a condition that is unable to be managed at home or through outpatient services.

With a variety of health services carefully curated to meet the unique needs of each patient, our team of providers will work with each patient and their network of support to provide reasonable and necessary care for the treatment of the condition. This includes physical, occupational, and speech therapies, private rooms, an on-site pharmacy team, infusion treatments, and low nurse-to-patient ratios, ensuring quality patient care.
